What can be done about managers who don't care about the teams they manage?
James Sands the manager of Cerro Porteño and Cameroon uses at the national team a player without a team and few others who don't deserve to be members of the national squad at all! Check out some examples :

I am just wondering if something can be done about this situation, not only because it concerns me personally since the specific player is mine but for all the managers who may have the same problem with me!Me, Ferencvárosi, Westerlo, Middlesbrough, Liverpool, Slavia and others play youths.
I think managers should help youths to be better and get a good update by giving them a few national friendlies and when i say youths i mean the very best of them not all of them!

I do understand what you are saying, and I'm not telling you how to pick your team. I'm just defending James Sands, and find your argument flawed when you pick your own 17 year old defender, over for example Mihail Musaev, a 30 year old with primaries of 158 and 162 and a wage of 85k.

Also please remember it's just a game, and a very good one at that. One of the best parts is the community, so let's just live and let live.

but that guy don't have 1 international game, and all the players you named don't have 1 game played this season, Cameroon won is first game lining up a strong team.
