What can be done about managers who don't care about the teams they manage?
James Sands the manager of Cerro Porteño and Cameroon uses at the national team a player without a team and few others who don't deserve to be members of the national squad at all! Check out some examples :

I sent him several messages if he can take the player below to the national squad and he didn't answer at all. I think he deserves to play in a few national friendlies!

I am just wondering if something can be done about this situation, not only because it concerns me personally since the specific player is mine but for all the managers who may have the same problem with me!Me, Ferencvárosi, Westerlo, Middlesbrough, Liverpool, Slavia and others play youths.
I think managers should help youths to be better and get a good update by giving them a few national friendlies and when i say youths i mean the very best of them not all of them!
Is it unfair to ask him to take a 16y.o- 589 points at the national squad instead of a player without a team at all or not?

Another problem is all the unmanaged teams, that gets knocked out and then has no friendlies. The future of these NT teams wont get better. Its sad to see some of the awesome talents go to waste because the teams are unmanaged as well.

I have a few players that now has a NT that is unmanaged, and they wont get valuable friendlies, most of them has at least gotten a good amount in the earlier seasons, but expecially this player annoys me that he wont have a chance of playing time, because no one wants equador.:

It's another thing to not use a young player because u don't want to,because he doesn't fit on your plans and another thing to use a player without a team and many others who dont deserve to play!He should be fired instantly!It is at least unfair!

P.S. Because it really annoys me i will take Ecuador and if i can Nigeria and Bosnia to give a few games to your players! I applied for Ecuador today!

it's already years that management of national teams is quite a mess.

Better supress the players update coming from the NT matches...

Maybe, for at least 1 season, opening up the national teams to unpaying managers as well?
Maybe they will get a taste of managing a NT, and then pay the next season?

Its sad to see so many NT unmanaged, thats even worse than club teams unmanaged.
