Hi, well in my humble opinion this is not as unbalanced as you make it look.
Giedrius Papeckys your player is a very very good player, amazing no, but yeah he is great. He has 26yo and his updates do not depend much on his NT games. The same opinion goes for Lyn´s player Davidovic.
About
Algis Slekys I do agree that is a very nice player and he has been given chances in his own team (issue that I take a lot into account when I give games to my NT players, the more he plays in his team the better), plus he is an AM and a quality one of those is rare. So here I think you are right, I don´t understand why he has not received a good amount of games if the NT manager strategy is to play youths to build a future.
About the pack of players from FBK Kaunas, well I do think that none of the players mentioned (
Novikovas,
Rapalis,
Vilciauskas,
Rytinho,
Janushevicius and
Kutla) is bad, I would say they are very decent, but yeah only Rytinho has the potential to become a star. Despite of this the manager has given his players from 35 to 40 games minimun, what could possibly support his plan to build a base for Lithuanias future.
About the pack of players from Amica Wronki (
Stankevicius,
Stesko and
Suktus it´s about the same as for Kaunas players, they ain´t bad and they have played a TON of games this season.
To resume, everyone has his strategy, I do agree that
Papeckis and Davidovic could have goten more games but they didn´t and another crop of decent players got them instead, while Papeckis and Davidovic will surely lead that new crop of players. About
Slekis (the player from Genk) in that point I agree with you, the player is better than many of the called up ones, has played a LOT this season and he has received zero chances so I do think that this is an ABUSE or that he just did missed him out.
Finally like I said none of the players called from the 2 lithuanian teams are bad and in both cases the players have played many many games, so I do not agree with you here.
Just my two cents I have to leave but maybe I will continue later, cya guys and good luck!
