I checked the goal status of NT and compiled the following list. Please raise your objections if you think I made a mistake. Please expect the managers with failed goals to be sacked any moment. As a consequence, you may be interested in watching the availability of these NTs. Availability is always one day after sacking. Please realise that sacking, applying and getting a job might occur on unhandy moments (e.g. preventing you from properly registering friendlies. I encourage everone who can, regardless of his status, to register NT friendlies right now.

I had no NT at the beginning of the season, then I got Paraguay, can I apply for a new NT before the update ?

Indeed. You will not be fired. I therefore marked your country blue. Those with the status "NT with goal achieved" reached their goals simply because of their group performance. But there might be more NTs than only Hungary which won't see their manager fired. In the past, we have allowed these managers to apply for another NT. And we do so now as well. In fact, we have just rewritten some of the rule explanations and primarily added text to it. It has yet to be uploaded.
iNFeCt/Eddie, who got Paraguay before the start of the WC, is allowed to apply for available NTs because he reached his NT goal.

I won't have the time to manage Hearts and Ghana in a decent way from next season on, so although I reached my goal with Ghana I'd like to resign from my position as Ghana manager so an other manager gets the opportunity to manage a NT team.

Jimmy Lauwers received the Hungary job. He wasn't allowed to apply for this job. He has therefore been transferred back to Ghana. The applications for Ghana have been removed. Tomorrow you should be able to apply for Hungary again. Be quick, because you never know when the update is going to be.

you will be able to add Latvia to available list I wont be a paying manager this season as i cant afford it at the moment bloody credit crunch,plus xmas has made money very tight at the moment.First time in few seasons I have not been able to pay and I will wish the manager who takes over the team the best of luck.

Marcel.. i was a paying manager last season nd all i got out of it was i changed a youth players name. i was unalbe to get a national team everytime one became available nd i didnt get a match report sent to my email address.

Apparently the update prevented the Hungary job application procedure to start. Therefore, watch the NT application page tomorrow if you are interested in the Hungary job. IMPORTANT NOTE: We will remove applications of people who were not allowed to move to another NT last season, because we consider the Hungary job as one which should have been given away in season 25.

Gavin, you should be expecting to lose Latvia tomorrow. The Latvia job will be available for everyone except the manager who gets Hungary.
