I know many of you have seen Liverpool make some strange deals lately. An investigation has been made by the admin team, and for transparency the result of the investigation is posted.

There are eight managers involved, including Giovanni Meija, Maurice Konig, Joey Koorevaar, Josh Pynadath, Willem Geubbels, Valeriy Lobanovskyi, Party Naeemunisha and Baz Akehurst himself.

All these managers make transfers with Baz Akehurst, where P/X deals are made to trade talented youths to whichever team Baz Akehurst manages at the time. When a deal is reversed it is typical that Baz makes an improved offer to avoid reversal. It seems no other manager has a chance of signing any of these players.

Joey Koorevaar has not made a P/X deal with Baz yet, but IMO he’s just waiting for the right youth on an available team to come along.

All these managers has now been fired.

Some of these deal go years back in time, and I have not taken the time to evaluate their exact value at the time. All the dates of the deals are noted in case someone is willing to.

Giovanni Meija

24th September 2017: Hired as Manager of Chiapas.
No incidents with Baz Akehurst at this club.
30th October 2017: Fired from the manager position in Chiapas.

16th December 2017: Hired as Manager of Racing.
The 17th of December Racing sold Diego Maradona (http://www.footballglory.com/players/player.php?id=68557) to Baz Akehursts club Servette for 2,5mill + two useless players. The deal was later reversed, but Baz later got Maradona in an improved deal.

11th June 2018: Hired as Manager of Bendel Insurance.
Same day Giovanni Meija was appointed the Bendel Insurance job he sold his two most promising players to Baz Akehurts club Liverpool. 583 16yo http://www.footballglory.com/players/player.php?id=71168 + 569 16yo http://www.footballglory.com/players/player.php?id=71167 for 25mill and a bunch of low quality players. The deal was reversed, but they later agreed on an improved offer from Liverpool.

Maurice König

16th June 2018: Hired as Manager of FC Banants.
The 17th of June Liverpool agrees a deal with FC Banants for Henrikh Mkhitaryan 591 16yo (http://www.footballglory.com/players/player.php?id=71142) and Kenneth Omeruo 560 16yo (http://www.footballglory.com/players/player.php?id=71140) for a total of 7mill + a bunch of low quality players. The deal was reversed, but Liverpool later signed Omeruo.

Note: I don’t think Liverpool at the time had the resources to sign the 591 16yo in an improved deal which wouldn’t be reversed.

Joey Koorevaar

16th June 2018: Hired as Manager of Debrecen FC.
No exchange deals made with Liverpool, but he did buy 3 Liverpool players on auction just days later being appointed the job.

22nd of June Geubbels sold 5,92k 17yo (http://www.footballglory.com/players/player.php?id=71092) + 576 16yo (http://www.footballglory.com/players/player.php?id=71090) to Liverpool for 7mill and four below average players.
The deal was reversed, along with an attempt to sign the 576 16yo for 12mill.

Valeriy Lobanovskyi

16th September 2016: Hired as Manager of FK Rabotnički.
22nd of October Baz buys Nikola Timov (http://www.footballglory.com/players/player.php?id=63376) for 13,5mill + adding the usual worthless players. The deal was reversed.
21st November 2016: Fired from the manager position in FK Rabotnički.

13th December 2016: Hired as Manager of Cherno More.
13th of March 2017 Valeriy sold Ognyanov (http://www.footballglory.com/players/player.php?id=64216) to Baz’ team Servette for 35mill + a bunch of players.
30th of March Valeriy bought http://www.footballglory.com/players/player.php?id=65463 for 1,5mill from Servette.
7th August 2017: Fired from the manager position in Cherno More.

21st August 2017: Hired as Manager of Videoton FCF.
No incidents while managing Videoton.

12th September 2017: Hired as Manager of FC Tokyo.
18th of September, days after getting appointed as Tokyo manager, Baz signs Shonsuke Nakamura (http://www.footballglory.com/players/player.php?id=67345) from Tokyo for 4,5mill plus a bunch of players, Nakamura was later sold on for 65mill.

24th December 2017: Hired as Manager of Vancouver Whitecaps.
No major incidents.

14th June 2018: Hired as Manager of PAOK Saloniki.
No major incidents yet.

Party Naeemunisha

10th June 2015: Hired as Manager of FC Utrecht.
16th of September, the day before Party changes team, he makes a P/X deal with Servette, where it seems all the value went to Servette.
Note: the deal happened years ago, which makes it difficult to determine the exact value of the players. One can assume that Baz made a good deal tho.

17th September 2015: Hired as Manager of Besiktas JK.
18th of September, the day after getting the Besiktas job, he sells Baz Akca http://www.footballglory.com/players/player.php?id=58041 in a two for one swap. Both players received are now 40yo, and difficult to determine the value of.

18th of December 2015 Baz receives Guney (http://www.footballglory.com/players/player.php?id=57000) for 3 not too impressive players.

30th of December 2016 Baz signs Akcay (http://www.footballglory.com/players/player.php?id=61193) and Pitak (http://www.footballglory.com/players/player.php?id=61192) for a few useless players + 2,5mill

7th of March 2017 Party tries to sign Servette player Caldararu on auction for 30mill. The deal was later reversed.

14th March 2017: Hired as Manager of Bregenz.
28th of March Baz signs Collins (http://www.footballglory.com/players/player.php?id=65400) from Bregenz. He even receives 1mill in the P/X deal.

30th August 2017: Hired as Manager of Cherno More.
No major incidents.

12th September 2017: Hired as Manager of CS Luqueño.
20th of December Baz signs Papagiorgio (http://www.footballglory.com/players/player.php?id=63445) for 7mill plus a couple of players (one of them is on free transfer)
26th February 2018: Fired from the manager position in CS Luqueño.

20th March 2018: Hired as Manager of Lazio SS.

Thanks a lot for this investigation! Seems to be a lot of work and time intensive. It is really crazy what people get in mind to improve their own Situation.

Lets hope that we don’t have such a player again in near future and people can enjoy the game!

FWIW I have no idea who three of those managers are (Soz lads) but all the new ones are people I know from another website. As far as I know they had every intention of playing FG but were happy to sell the players in question. Nevermind.

First of all, this is crazy good work from the admins.

And its a shame seeing someone in charge of my favourite team doing these kind of things.
Even tho you know them from another site, dont give you the right to buy players at prices you know is way below marked value.

Lets hope someone promising takes over Liverpool, and makes them great again.

I normally write in caps but I won’t this one time.

I know Baz (I thought his name was Roy though lol) from playing and chatting about Pokemon Go on Discord. I first spoke to him on a gaming forum and then it turned out we were in the same Discord chat group. A few months (weeks?) ago he told us he was excited to become the Liverpool manager on some game. He told a few of us about it, always calling it FG not Football Glory for some reason. There’s even a photo of him pointing at “FG” on a wall…. Anyway it sounded like a game I played a long time ago called Xpert Eleven or Trophy Manager – maybe both? - and some of us liked football so showed interest. You see it started out as PoGo chat but now it’s just a general chat mostly, and he was like the most happy I’d ever seen anyone about a game before (except when I got a shiny Raikou *******), saying he’d waited years to be Liverpool boss and posted a load of Workaholics gifs to celebrate the occasion but he _always_ does that.

Then another day he got mad when a deal of his for Emre Can (he was first trying to make the Liverpool team, but Can is at Juventus now anyway so idk) was undone saying it was dumb or something. I don’t have dates to check but I think that’s the time when some of us said we’d join this game he always talked about. He showed us how the player scoring worked and explained the basics so we could play it properly. He advised us on what teams to be cos they had players he wanted. One of us (maybe Joey? We know him as Ika cos of his PoGo handle) was meant to be Bratislava but he went against his advice cos he wanted to be in Division 2 so picked another team. My team had two good players, JP’s team had “the best player” Roy had ever seen and Flam’s team had a midfielder, which was good coz the other teams had defenders and attackers but no midfielders, I think. Maybe I got the teams the wrong way round.

Anyway we did some deals. I’m sure he had like 20 transfers all “accepted” at one point from lots of different teams, as well as the four players he wanted from our teams. I was tempted to cancel the whole thing when he renamed one player to the Dortmund scummer Mkitaryan but let him off lol.

I decided to copy him and build a team of youths, someone called Danius or something seemed eager to discourage me from this and I found him generally unpleasant. He has a Lithuanian team? JP and Ika wanted a small team of 11 players and then **** subs to save money, and I think one of them bought Roy’s “unwaged” players to fill the bench. Flams said he was gonna win the league with Arabs and didn’t really bother with it like the rest of us, and ended up listing his player on auction.

Reading the OP I don’t know who Party Naeemunisha or Valeriy Lobanovskyi are. I think they just have a coincidental history of bad deals! I think Roy mentioned Giovanni Meija saying he’d tried to get a good deal but ended up giving all of his best “trade fodder” away and nearly ****** up his whole plans lol. I’m 100% sure he didn’t know him beyond FG though cos he’s told us he knows someone called Andy and Bryan in real life and a guy off another forum whose name is Ev or something? but has said in the past he doesn’t know anybody else who plays it.

I don’t know why I’ve wrote all this. Roy said he’s not ****** off with us but he’s definitely sad to not be Liverpool. Him and his mate were Liverpool and Everton and he loved it. I guess he ****** it up for himself, but only because we helped.

I’d actually like to carry on playing but can’t apply for teams until the seasons up so will probably forget about it. I think Roy can – **** I’ve been calling him Roy this whole time lol. I meant Baz. On our discord we use our PoGo names and he’s Roylands - I think he can still apply for teams this season cos he’s a premium member. So at least he can still play but I dunno if he will now he’s not “the team he waited five years to manage,” in his words.

Sorry to everyone this affected – especially the three people who weren’t even involved.

Oh btw JP is pissed the Greek striker he bought was reversed for “buying rubbish on instant transfer” and now someone else has bought him for the same price lmao. Oh and a 577 player was sold on auction today for £14.1m yet Baz’s £12m deal for a 576 one was reversed for being unfair. Strange! JP says he’ll still play next season though, so long as his new favourite Ivory Coast team is still available!

Not sure if all this will make the situation better or worse (I’ve not told the others I’m posting it) but just wanted to explain a bit. I thought I'd answer any questions I can.

Kurt Kroon (Julius Berger) got the job and then quit so I applied; that’s how I ended up back at Liverpool.

Am I never allowed to manage Liverpool ever again? If so I will just quit FG.

By your logic, Evgeni could start cheating and making unfair deals, and everytime he gets fired he would just reapply and get the team again, and continue to cheat. He has the most points in the game, and he would always get his team back, were he to reapply, if he gets the paying manager status.

So, no Baz, just re applying does not give you your privilege back, imo you lost that when you decided to cheat.

That’s not my logic at all. I accepted my sacking and moved on, hoping to one day get the chance to manager my favourite team again. I didn’t apply when I was sacked, I let another manager get the Liverpool job (I actually joined another team).

When I saw that manager had quit I reapplied.

So do you think I should be banned from FG completely? I wouldn’t even say what I did was cheating. I’ve always been an ambassador for FG since I started playing over fifteen years ago and have never done anything that wasn’t in the games best interests. I’ve actively promoted the game both online and offline - I even invited Bryan the Gamemaster to the game, among others - and have offered services in the last such as player photos for paying managers, something I continue to do to this day.

Since managing Liverpool I have realised I have no interest in managing anyone else. I have created a very promising team completely of 16 year olds and was looking forward to managing the same group of players for the next ~20 seasons. I speak to the Everton manager everyday (he also made a complete youth team a few seasons ago, and is also managing his favourite team) about our teams and how fun I’m finding FG again. I honestly couldn’t believe my luck when Kurt Kroon quit (I presume he wanted to win games, not drop down every season) to return to his old team so applied and was up at 5am excited to check the Club Info page to see if I’d got the job back.

Now I’m sacked again. Sucks. It’ll be the end of FG for me if I’m not allowed to manage Liverpool

Well 3 seasons transfer ban wouldn't be anything as you have a squad of 16 yo's and they need the time to evolve anyway....
