First of all: Congrats to Italy winning the WC!

But I'm confused by their line up of the final.
No MF in the first 11??? For me that's far from being realistic!
I know, the point of FG is not to be close to real football life, but I would never have the idea to play without MF. For me that's the most important position in a team line up. I think playing 2 MF's is the condition for a good line up, no matter if I want to play defensive or attacking style

What do you think?

1 MF (or DM) may be enough for legal line up (for being realistic)
I agree with you. But 2 MF is unnecessar, i think.

Are AL and AR the wingers for you? Your formation is ok when you suppose the AL and AR to work more defensively. But for me a Winger is not a player with much defensive play

i use that tactic at football manager (when i am loosing a game) and it works sometimes.
