It seems like we found 16 teams for this tourney
Daejeon Citizen is our 1st subs
If we can find 3 team more we will have all subs to groups
so each group will have 5 team.

The previous time this tournament had been arranged, runner up and third place had been awarded as well! Hadn't they? I am not sure!
I don't have any problem with the structure, i'll hapilly participate even if i am in the 16th place!Just wondering!
