i just wonder what is going to happend in the teams that have no manager.
if they have a superstar player but they not use him the player will never be a superstar player in the future. are you thinking or trying to have a solution for this problem?
because if is going to apperar aprox 40 superstar players and 90 star players and if half of them go to non active teams the game will loose a very high percentage of good future players.
i think that if you find a way to make them play in the non active teams it will bee a good thing for the future of that teams because when they get managers they will find 2 or 3 good young players, otherwise the game will loose many young players and wiil loose competition season by season.
this is just a coment because as a non paying manager (yet) i cant make the sorts to contribute to this post like u all doing, im just showing my cousern about the new players.
and maybe is something done already for this problem.
let me know just if is something done already for this or if ur thinking in doing something for theproblem.

I dont have a solution for that problem yet. We just need to fix the game so that more managers want to stay.

We have a few ideas on how to make sure teams without manager always have a good formation. We'll try to implement them soon.

currently, the SW are set to have 10 less points (on average) than DF and DF were already the slowest ones.

The skill distribution is based on percentages. For each position, each skill has a different % of gaining 1 point. This is done X times, where X is the total points.

The SW percentage for speed is 10% lower than the previously slowest player. Of course, players will still come out very different for the same position
