i would suggest that a more frequent update for new youths and coaches available for signing . this would make the game moer interesting , in the case that there is smth to do every 5 or 10 minutes rather then 1 hour

5 to 10mins would mean that everybody has a top coach, it'd be made redundant in weeks cos nobody would have to sign any players or coach anymore...

24 "refills" daily -> 168 in a week.
its more than enough to get good youngs, coaches and scouts.

in the begining u have to spend more time looking for good scouts.
i have them 7 hired (max) with 91 skill lowest.

then with good scouts you have more chance of finding good players and coaches.

it helped me to get top coaches, 8 of them at the moment with average skill of 95.

so, i can pick up even an average youngster (~280 pts) and get out good 600 pt youngster, without spending half a day waiting for a star to show up.

just imagine if i'd be 8-10 times daily on the full hour, i would definately find great prospect, and with coaches i have, i can be 98% sure i would get waged youngs out every time.

so, now you have to spend more time looking and waiting and looking, but later you can relax and enjoy it

if the quantity of the good youths and coaches coming out for 1 day is the same it won't change anything
if the update is every 10 min it will be fair
some managers can not spend hours in FG
and if you have 30 min for the game and the update is every 10 min you can find a good coach or youth
you have a chance even not so great
the way it is now i can never sign a coach with 90+ skill
i don't have any chance
i don't have so many time for the game
does it mean that i am worse manager?

but how can we have so many updates of players? you know when to log oon for an update, every hour? youy don't have to spend hours and hours, log on twice a day, thats 14 times a week, i'm sure you will find what your looking for in 14 attempts.

The more active you are the better YTF structure you will have, everything is in the hands of the user and he only has himself to blame if his YTF is not up to standard.

My YTF is still rubbish though, no matter how long im logged in for, because people login one or two minutes before the hour changes and it really infuriates me. I would wish much unpleasantness on them but im a nice guy

the % of good caoch or youth is the same just the update increases so it is more interesting

i did it
3 or 4 times i saw a coach with 90+ skill and i was not fast enough to get him
and that's because another 30 managers are waiting for this only update in an hour
if the updates are more frequent i think there won't be so many managers waiting at the same time
the other thing is that these updates take resources of the server and may be it's not so easy just to make them start every 10 min

A good point about the server. However, if we are making the updates random, then there is no skill to it, just luck.

well u have to understand the players of fg are from various country and the country that host the game have big advantage on connection wise so more frequent updates of coaches and youth would make the game more balanced in a way

internet technology is so advanced these days that diference in access time between you and me and someone who's based in US (i think that server is there, if i remember correctly) is measured in a less than 1 sec. (with same speed)

big majority (count me in too) have passed modem times so its a bit diferent now.
and majority of managers is from europe. so no excuses for u
