Ive completed the goal - 1 pt. at group stage - Mourinho style.
This NT is pretty crappy so i need to give 24yo+/45k+ games.That in order to make a serious NT in the near future.
I wanna make sure that this abides the law.

Yes, i think you can do whatever you want when you reach your goal, as long as you play the best players in that age range you are planning to use.

Einar is right. Make sure that you have a clear an transparent way of picking your squad. It's okay if you use middle age players as long as you use the best ones.
