Why can I not apply for a team before?

The NT job hopping rules were written for two reasons, if I remember correctly:
- To provide managers without NT with a higher probability of obtaining a NT.
- To provided managers with a weak NT with a higher probability of obtaining a better NT.

Well it's not like I've have requested this without good reason, if I'm told who I have to play then I'd rather be at a team where I can use my own statagy, like I have with the previous national management jobs I've had, which incidently have never been called into question.

I do feel that I'm not the kind who just changes for the sake of it, but if thats the way it is then no problem. I had applied for Nigeria job so you may need to remove my name from the list of applicants.

The rules are the same for all national teams. So moving to another NT doesn't change anything, does it?
