It seems I am no longer manager of Mexico, It has something to do with a new rule I never heard of so I wish the players of Mexico all the luck with there new manager

How can you build a good National team when young players have no change to play???

There is a reason for it. If every team gave up trying to qualify once they'd reached their 3rd place or 1 point goal, the group phase would become irrelevant and the round one qualification procedure a waste of time.

And 1ste team div players would not get the GOOD update if the don't apply this rule. Because if this rule is not applied more players from lower div will play and that is what they don't want.

The rule, as Marcel pointed out and i have demonstrated above, is to do with the integrity of the World Cup competition. It has nothing to do with 1st division player updates and that makes no sense anyway as NT youths are randomly distributed amongst NT teams from all divisions e.g. i have a Mexico youth who played a game that they shouldn't have been selected for.

I'm only asking that the rules are enforced so it's the same for everybody, the fault is with the person who breaks them, not with the person who enforces them. I didn't ask for anybody to be sacked, that is not my responsibility.

It's not a new rule. It has been there for ages. Enforcement is new. And that is something that managers were informed about. Next time you better read the FGMs in your inbox. In response to the first complaints about possible abuse I added additional explanation on the forum without complementing it with punishments or whatsoever.

If your team makes it through to the next round, you should be happy about that fact. It may even lead to Hall of Fame points. You seem to be assuming, by using the words " no change", that as a result of this rule you will make it into the WC final. If so, I really see no reason for training youngsters. Obviously we can't all be reaching the final. If your team loses its matches, you will have the ability to play friendlies. During friendlies you can line up youngsters.

Best players plays in div 1-2 if you enforce letting the best players play even when NT is achieft you automaticly give the div 1-2 a beter update. But I'll keep quit know, I'm just a manager that is playing a free game .
