If you have a player that is not called up but deserves a place in the team, let me know. If you have one that you don't want to play NT games because of low sta, let me know too.

I got my goal for this season, in next (11?) games all players that are good in their age category, no matter how young, can get a chance in the team. Players over 27 will have to wait for next season.

I will post all players that are already on the list for at least one game later today.

The Koreans lack several talented players to be a worthy national team. The fact that Sun Ho is the 2nd best attacker (if I didn't miss anyone) at the age of 21 says it all. With such a poor first team I have to have faith in the random factor to score goals or get a goalles draw.

So it's not Sun Ho's fault. It's the lack of quality in the first team.

I've got this guy - 575 points I think. Not quite a star, but he had a great update at 16.

At the moment these players, only these, will be selected for the remaining games, friendlies too.

GK's
Park, Jung-Hee (age 20, Fiorentina AC)

DF's
Shin, Ki-Chun (age 17, Seongnam Chunma)
Park, Kyung-Rae (age 20, Ulsan Hyundai Horang-I FC)
Nam, Dong-Hyun (age 19, Samsunspor)
Joo, Seung-Jin (age 23, Daejeon Citizen)
Cho, Se-Kwon (age 22, KRC Genk)

MF's
Ji-sung, Park (age 21, Trabzonspor)
Im, Young-Ju (age 22, Daejeon Citizen)
Baek, Soon-Ki (age 21, Seongnam Chunma)
Park, Hyuk-Soo (age 17, Daejeon Citizen)
Kim, Kuk-Jin (age 22, Daejeon Citizen)

WI's
Park, Ki-Jun (age 18, Busan I´Park)

AT's
Park, Sun-Ho (age 21, SK Lyn)
Choi, Tae-Jong (age 20, Blackburn Rovers)
Cha, Du-Ri (age 23, Daejeon Citizen)
Bum-Kun, Cha (age 18, Parma AC)
Han, Jung-Kuk (age 24, Daejeon Citizen)

Most likely formation would be 3-4-3.
In the Korean defence Shin, Park and Nam play 1 in 3 games, others play all games.
On the midfield the two Park's and Kim play 1 in 3 games, others play all games.
Attackers Choi, Cha and Han play 1 in 3 games, others play all games.

Any comment? Any player you think is missing? Let me know. :D

By the way, anyone that has a nice Korean gk in his ytf? Or an attacking midfield? Or a winger? Please... :?

cool, does this mean i have the 2 best?

Sun Park scored a hat-trick on the last friendly match and a goal in the cup so im happy with him so far :)

Looks like he's playing against me on the next WC group match so i hope he makes it 19 caps with 0 goals :)

What about you tell me if he's the 2nd best of all Korean attackers at the moment? :)

Anyway, it's about time he scores a goal. This is your chance to help him Nuno. You know what you have to do now! If not, ask Eemo.

Don't really care about next games, I'm used to losing big time with the Koreans. Season is over for me. One thing though, the Korean youngs susprised the Swiss first team once, so be aware. :D

Reached my NT goal against a very young Australian team. Thanks Bryan.

This means good news for the managers of young Korean talents. Good news also for the managers of old/low stamina Korean first teamers.

So here's the Korean NT as of tomorrow. If you think I missed someone or have someone nice coming out in the next weeks, please let me know.

GK's
Park, Jung-Hee (age 21, Fiorentina AC)
Baek, Young-Soo (age 18, Chonbuk Motors)

DF's
Shin, Ki-Chun (age 18, Deportivo Alavés )
Park, Kyung-Rae (age 21, Ulsan Hyundai Horang-I FC)
Nam, Dong-Hyun (age 20, Samsunspor)
Lim, Min-Sung (age 17, Shenzhen Pingan)
Joo, Seung-Jin (age 24, Daejeon Citizen)
Cho, Se-Kwon (age 23, KRC Genk)

MF's
Park, Hyuk-Soo (age 18, Daejeon Citizen)
Kwon, Myung-Soo (age 18, Suwon Bluewings)
Ji-sung, Park (age 22, Trabzonspor)
Im, Young-Ju (age 23, Daejeon Citizen)
Baek, Soon-Ki (age 22, Seongnam Chunma)
Kim, Kuk-Jin (age 23, Daejeon Citizen)

WI's
Park, Ki-Jun (age 19, Busan I´Park)
Kim, In-Keum (age 20, NA Hussein Dey)

AT's
Park, Sun-Ho (age 22, SK Lyn)
Choi, Tae-Jong (age 21, Blackburn Rovers)
Cha, Du-Ri (age 24, Daejeon Citizen)
Bum-Kun, Cha (age 19, Parma AC)
Han, Jung-Kuk (age 25, Daejeon Citizen)

More information about the gk's:
If the Fiorentina manager keeps on giving his Korean gk games, I will too. Probably all remaining qualification games. Because there's no-one else who comes close to the guy from Fiorentina, although he's not that good at all. There's not even one above average talented Korean goalie... :?
If the Chonbuk Motors manager plays his goalie too he'll probably get all or at least half of the friendlies.

More information about the df's:
Same goes as for the goalies: not even one above average talented Korean defender.
Cho, Joo and Park will play all remaining qualification games. The other three will have to wait untill the NT friendlies.

More information about the mf's/wi's:
Some talents (finally) mixed with some very poor players, but again, there's no-one better than the ones in the selection...
The talented players, Ji-Sung and Baek, will play all remaining qualification games. The 2 18 y/o's will have to wait to get games untill the friendlies. The others will all play half of the remaining games.

More information about the at's:
Only place on the field where there's not a lack of talent. Park and Bum-Kun, the 2 most talented Koreans for the moment, will play all remaining games. Han and Cha will play half of the remaining games. Choi will have to wait for the friendlies.

You were a bit too fast. Or maybe I was too slow. Just finished the team selection (during commercial breaks in between "Lost" episodes and after... :D). Hope you're happy now.
