Final decision on the matter, both teams will be eliminated from the tourney and I'll give someone a bye. Next season I will change the rules to address it is the responsibility of the home team to issue the friendly. I think this is as fair as I can get it, my apologies to everyone else.

I HAVE A QUESTION: WHY BORUSSIA DORTMUND PLACE TO AWAY POSITION?
AS I UNDERSTOOD RULES: (3. Drawing of groups will be done on a random basis and will be vetted by a neutral panel. The knockout stages will consist of the FIRST Group 1 team playing against the SECOND Group 32 team. (a la Champions League style). Group winners will play at home while home and away teams for latter stages will be chosen by merit of goal difference. Only one leg will be played. Opponents will also be drawn way in advance to ensure fairness. )
DORTMUND FINISH GROUP STAGE AT 1st PLACE - SLOVAN - 2nd. DORTMUND WIN ROUND OF 32 1-0 - SLOVAN PLAY DRAW (MOM).... SO WHAT A REASON PLAY ME AWAY?

Maybe he didnt notice while he was drawing the matches. Im sure he gets a few cmplaints nd has gotten tired of answering them and he doesnt get anything for organising this. That is probobly why he didnd't mind to give an answer, it seems like a reasonabl response to me BECAUSE he is n the same situatio himself..
