I'll take this chance to wish all managers the best of luck in the new season, i hope the new changes improve the game for you and there'll always be more on the way (there's certainly ideas in the works).
Here's a reminder of the patch details:
- The World Government have decided sports are to play a major part of the future and have invested £2.4 billion into the economy.
- Because of this investment, interest in sports around the World has increased and Gate Receipts / Fixed Costs, as well as Points have all increased.
- Your chairmen have collectively decided they've had enough of all this untapped talent lying dormant in their squads and have decided to force their sale by auction.
- Some, longer-serving, players of the Free Transfer List have decided they're sick of waiting around without pay and have decided to take careers in other areas. We wish them the best of luck with their new lives.
- Managers now have the option of buying players instantly when an auction has ended with no bids, for the price of the Starting Bid.
- Training Facilities have been locked at their current levels due to a lengthy court case involving a monkey, a bar of soap and a group of coaches. It's complicated, don't ask.
