I would just like to take this time and thank Stephen for all his work on the tournament (again!).
And all the teams that took part. If it wasn't for your team's low standard of talent, i wouldn't have won this year... Only joking! I won because i was probably the oldest team. But this is my third or fourth attempt, so it's about time! Cheers guys

3:4...not that bad. congrats Nick on win...and very most probably on the Youth Tournament win. Looks like I will be forever 2nd in any FG competition  3:4...not that bad.

Good luck to Skonto Riga in the final, way too strong for me in the semi final. He is 1 year ahead of me, hopefully we will meat again in the future, and in 1st div. Tables updated as of today. I have also processed the draws for the playoff rounds. Liverpool and Roma just need not to lose in order to advance.
Even if we draw, Liverpool wins based on team avg age by .06 according to the tourney rules. Haven't calculated team age for Roma and Crete since Fylkir has yet to take any match points.

Tables are updated again, but this Thursday we have another round of matches. I did take the liberty of projecting results for Gronigen's future games under the assumption that players over 23 are used.
Groups A and B already look relatively decided, C and D on the other hand are either going to get tighter or end up decided on.

I only thought I would play 2 games in the group stage so would like to play my 24-25 y/o's in my final 2 matches and in turn forfeit the points. Any objections as Skonto Riga have already qualified from our group.

YFT Season 50! Fixtures and Results |

Please read RULES first. Teams will be seeded accordingly into 1st, 2nd, and 3rd seeds. They will be seeded according to previous YFT results and the average age of young team. Drawing of groups will be done on a random basis. Group winners will advance to knockout stage while home and away teams for latter stages will be chosen by merit of goal difference. All updates, tables and fixtures will be posted on forum. Announcements will also be posted on forum. If a situation occurs not covered by above, the organizers will make the fairest decision possible. Winner will get 1 season free paying manager status as a prize at Bryan's discretion. Good luck eveyone! If you are listed as a bye in the group stage, that is an off week and you can schedule any friendly there at your leisure.
