Congratulations to John for winning this seasons youth tournament.

His Iraklis side were the best team by far throughout the league competition and an even more deserved winner after volunteering to give up home advantage in the final.

Big thanks also to Bobwalski for all his efforts behind the scenes ensuring that everyone got their fixtures sorted. All his hard work is very much appreciated,even more so now that his own team have "grown up" :lol:

Since Iraklis is the higher seed, they will play at home this Thursday against Motherwell. John, if you want more of a challenge, feel free to play away if that is your preference.

A 3rd place game would be fun! So if you are interested, Julius Berger will play at home against Cobreloa this Thursday.

I regged the semi final against Cobreloa!

Our #3 team matches up at our #2 on Thursday the 26th, so that is Motherwell at home against Julius Berger. It may be more fun for Iraklis and Cobreloa (#1 and #4 repectively) to play as well. In which case our set would be Iraklis Thessaloniki at home against Cobreloa.

it's fine for me to play against Cobreloa,no problem at all! I suggested to play away in order to have a more open match,i played with 23 years old mainly but the other guys played with younger players so i had an advantage!

That's totally up to you! If the home team wants to give up the field advantage that is fine by me.

Yeah, it seems to be ranking by goals for and not by goal difference. I do like how it automatically factors everything though and the numbers are in the right places (as in my math errors don't screw everything up). I think it won't be difficult to assess how correct the standings are at the end. After 9 matches we may not have a tie in the top 3 with points anyways.
