It can't be that everything is beneficial for d4 teams. At some point in time, it has to be competitive right. If 2nd in the group gets to play home, all teams would wanna be 2nd!!

Well, there has to be a way of differentiating teams, and of course we could take ball possession as an indicator of team performance too. But things like first goal or number of yellows would not be indicative of which team is better. Taking ratings would allow to differentiate which team had the slight edge in an even game, as ratings indicate player performance.

maybee...

but like i say before you have create seeds 1 to 4 because we have "big" and "small" teams and but the small playing home all games you give same advantage to litle teams.

now in second part of YT home factor is important, a team who have finish second have low chance of beating a better team who have finish first and play home...

next season you could make diferent second in group play home X first other group.

small team have more chance (????)

yeah they are right, my bad for not including it in the rules sheet! so sorry judd!

In first part of tournement the lower rank team have same advantage play all games home, now and since we have no seeds the teams who have play home home have more advantage so is unfair this kind of judgement.

I have play away i made a great result whith a better team and you put me away because my player have not a good point skill...

why not who have score first goal? or who have less yelow or red card??

in previous tournements, first rule in case of a draw was the sum of your player's ratings

Still no game sorted, so I've had to ask for a friendly so I don't lose out on the chance to play a match

Hi Crazy--just got in and found Rotor Volgograd played a full team of 27-28yos in our 0-0 draw. Probably should count as a 3-0 to me. Also they have already set up a friendly against someone not in the tournament on 4th Oct.

a 3-0 would put me second. So should I reg with Diaraf?
