Jean Noel De Melo Rocha is fired from the Welsh national team for abusing his position. According to our judgement, Jean used the priviledge to pick the line up of Wales, most likely in order to provide his own players (of Vasco da Gama) with better season updates. Some time ago during the current season, Jean was given the chance to explain his line up strategy. It was decided that he was would be given the benefit of the doubt. Indeed, the next match the line up seemed more appropriate, but there were still aspects that one could critices.

Jean at first seemed to be using a mixture of all ages, including some rotation. Yes, one can try to justify this type of strategy, but the position become uncredible if it means that while other players don't get all matches, own players are always playing. Conclusion: Giving the benefit of the doubt wasn't rewarded.

Jean will not be allowed to manage a national team any time sooner than after league round 16 of season 34.
