Players get waged at 611 points. By the way when you add up points, you add all the attributes *except* stamina.

The question you asked is very subjective. Typically First division teams have much higher standards. Updates also depend on training level and number of games given to players, along with hidden talent attribute.

Just as a very very rough idea. 560+ pt 16 year olds are very valuable. 585+ pt 16 year olds are very rare and are very expensive. If he has a +40 update, he will be 600+ pts or 625+ pts at age 17. 625 pts means 7.2K wage at 17. anyone waged at 17 is very good.

Anyway just a very rough idea. Typically the higher the points the better. Unwaged 18 year olds aren't really worth much (0.2m).

they are average players, not good but not that bad. the main problem imo is that its almost end of season, and they haven't played any games. their updates aren't likely to be great. 593 pts at 17 age is okay for Div4. typically 575 pts and less players at age 17 are free-transfer quality.

well i would play Cranson as AM. not so sure about barras though. maybe WI given his POS. but SHO is low too. i would probably monitor his update. if SHO goes up faster than POS then use as WI.

i the mean time play your best played yet.
enrich them with xp. next season you will have to make some reorganizations.
those who are bellow 70k(wage) and more than 25yo (age) would have to go
free unless they have above average on their main skills.

a couple of ur players have good mains even though their wage is low. also, 26 years + 70-75K players are fairly cheap in case you are thinking about a promotion bid. loans are also very useful.
i think its difficult to take the "youth route" in your team.

i suggest all you strive for will be 4th lvl.
afterwards improve your expentancies.
youll have a hard time otherwise as there are many teams that went youth
and their youth will surpass even your best players.
maybe "Olympiacos" should be your example.

But to get my ytc to level 4, i had to expend allot of money, just to get to level 2 i need 7 millions and right now i only have 5. :( Maybe level 3 but 4 will be very hard.
But thanks for your advice.
