Small patch notes for this update

• The club's chairmen have been at it again and decided that after last season's decision to force the sale of untapped talent lying dormant by auction, they're going to do it again.
• Training Facility upgrades have been re-enabled after the lawsuit was thrown out of court on the grounds that the monkey's falsified most of the evidence.

In other notes, a new Youth Training Facility is in the works and will be unveiled to the community once the specification has been finalised. It is scheduled to be implemented during Season 37.
